I took a practice 140 exam and it took me almost 2.5 hours so 160 questions in 3 hours..i'll be pusin it

Any tips/cheat sheets for clinical sims 2018? Its way harder than the tmc

Does that mean that if I get in the low cut score, do I need to retake it again so I can take the CSE?

I just failed it and I feel like there was hardly anything I studied or even saw.
