Depends on which German test you are appearing/or plan to appear for if it is DTZ(Deutsche für Zuwandere) B1 or B1 Zertifikat( which again is different for Goethe and TELC) or others like ÖSD, TestDAF etc. There are variants and so does it change if not everything but pattern and content.
