Respectfully this video is mis-titled. It mentions no pre-transfer advisement which in essence is “how to prepare for an embryo transfer”. It simply discusses what happens on the day of transfer and myths post-transfer.
Do the embryologists check the embryo again right before transfer? I know my frozen embryo has been screened right after it was retrieved, I'm not sure if they will screen them again.
If it is possible, please take complete rest. It's better. For your own good do not do over hard work. If you see you are having pain, take complete rest.
