My preferred courses are Communication Engineering and Data Science (CoDaS), Big Data Management and Analytics (BDMA). They are saying people who have relevant major can apply but they will priotize students who are from CS background. So my question is, can I get this scholarship? If yes, how can I compensate for not being from a CS background?

I don't have enough money to go abroad for studies without scholarship. @@hijabfatima8958 It’s not mandatory first. Secondly, no one expects you to have a publication after your bachelor. But if you have it, then it is beneficial for sure.
Can we apply to a program when we have subjects related to the field in our bachelor’s degree? Also can we apply to programs that are not directly related to our subjects in bachelors?
