Black Friday Sale now live: www.clubreadydjschool.com/club-ready-dj-course/ I added so much new content and bonus material - I have been devoting so much love and energy to it these past few months, hopefully you like :)
I love Andrew’s videos. He’s so happy, enthusiastic, and you can tell this is this man’s passion and he’s so genuine with his knowledge. I’m so thankful for all the comments here and taking the leap to sign up for his program and see his content online!
Your videos are such an inspiration. Not just from the Djing angle, that helps me a lot on my journey, but also from the spiritual one. You are a beautiful soul.
I started djing less than a year ago and your lessons are so cool to watch. Thank you for the wisdom and inspiration. The last words of encouragment made me sentimental and grateful! 🎉
Just became part of The Tribe this week! Andrew is a great teacher with vivacious enthusiasm. He's dropping soooo many killer pointers that i've picked up and he also extends & widens knowledge gap bridges where it wasn't safe for me to cross before!!!
Hey man, I just wanted to tell you how amazing your content and your energy is! I am a self taught DJ (playing Psytrance and occasionally hard Techno and melodic Techno) and started to learn during the pandemic. Your Videos definitely played a huge role during this time and it is the best content I could find. In the past two years, I gradually increased my mixing skills, found "my" kind of sound and evolved to a quite minimalistic mixing style, letting the phrases of each track do the bulk work in order not to overcrowd any of the frequencies (which I find especially difficult in psytrance). Here and there I throw in an unexpected transition using creative mixing techniques. I love to go deep when crafting a set and achieve a certain flow, but I always leave some space for improvisation and to be able to adapt to a crowd. Now, in the past I played mostly at private parties my friends and I organised im someone's basement or out in the forest, but this saturday I have my first "official" gig at quite a large fair in Switzerland and even though I have played in front of a crowd many times, this feels like it is another big step. I've got a killer set ready and am really really hyped for this, the location and decoration is awesome! Thank you for inspiring me and so many others to learn this beautiful form of art and to be confident enough to also share it with others. You really made a difference and carried me along the first couple of bumpy roads on this Journey and for that I wanted to say Thank you!!
I am a self thought psy dj too. I ve been learning for 8 months and now I am in contact with some local clubs. Let's see how the future will be and let go the bottle as he said Hoping you best✌
The way that you mix the technical and esoteric advice with the spiritual and psychology is truly inspiring and is what I believe sets your channel apart from the rest. Thanks so much for the videos m8
Dude, I've just landed on your channel as I've just finished my Ecstatic Dance DJing and prepping for my first event, BUT I did not expect all of that spiritual wisdom drop from a club DJ haha absolutely loved it and keep thank you for great work and sharing the techniques🙌👌
Thank you!!! LOVED your chat at the end... With me being a newbie, 47 years young female & have just performed my first ever live DJ set at the Royal Melbourne Hotel in July this year as a finalist in the YOUR SHOT DJ comp... I'm soaking up all your awesomeness... Its just the beginning for me & I'm excited to see where I can take this dream of mine & turning it into an incredible musical journey!!!!
Andrew, you are the absolute best. Signed up to your fab course last month after many years of putting off my dreams. Your vibrance and generosity shines through all your videos both here and on the course. Thank you 🙏🏻 From Cheryl Temple, U.K 🇬🇧
HI, i just watched your video and i must say it is the most helpful lesson on, not only in the dj world but in the actual everyday life situation as far as how to act, react and deal with all matters of life. This video is a point to point on how to build up to whatever we wish to do... NOT just Djing. Bravo!
1998….local bowling alley (now demolished)….lucked into the DJ gig there for one reason: I lived 10 minutes away. Thankfully, they had the two nights setup, genre wise (Fridays were Rock/Pop…basically anything not Country, because they had Saturday as Country night.) Granted, it wasn’t a Club, but it was still a DJ gig.
U've reminded me on of the first big nye's gigs I've done as a warm up dj, playing some tuneful nu disco tracks, was feeling a bit shy, in front of the people and then when the headliner came in they all screamed out for him from the first banger he played... at least I enjoyed the moment of course, and started learning every time. I mean it's better to face difficulties and manage how u might solve problems and being there in the first hand to observe everything about the vibe, crowd, promoters ect..
Beautiful words at the end, worth more than watching the actual prep for a gig. Personally, I have watched many of your videos and as a 54 year old budding DJ, your videos have helped me understand music so much more than I would have. Thank you for your dedication to helping those lost in the technicalities of modern DJing and simplifying it all down to a manageable level. Much gratitude Andrew.❤
❤ I'm happy to hear the bitter sweet truth. It's amazing to have discovered your channel. It's been 2 years and some and I've played a few smaller lounge events and have had success even with a few mistakes. keeping this type of knowledge, will keep me moving forward. I have a couple solid connections here in Chicago and I hope and feel it falls through soon. Just need to practice on cdjs. Thanks so much for reaching us djs out here in the universe. Peace ✌️ ❤
I DJ a genre that does not have any crowd around my location. Is there anything I can do? If I were to play music I do not enjoy I'd rather not play at all.
Just discovered your channel and I love it already! I am starting to practice DJing and maybe in a near future I can share my experience. This video is gold material, thanks for your knowledge and advices!
Amazing, amazing stuff, thank you so much for sharing your experience, advise and positive energy. I wish we had more people like yourself in this world, would be a better place. Forget DJing, could you run this planet please? :-) Take care, lots of love from Germany and keep up the fantastic work. Thank you.
WOWWWW WOWWWW WOWWWWW ! YOU GAVE ME #GOOSEBUMPS !!! 🌟🌟🌟🎧🎧🎧🎶🎶🎶 I LOVE THAT YOU #RESONATE AT SUCH A HIGH LEVEL OF #VIBRATION !!! NAMASTE ANDREW 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🎧🎧🎧🎶🎶🎶
I'll be honest, I'm a 28 year DJ, I've recently had the opportunity of playing all over the world after years of a hiatus, I've thought about joining his group because I think he's a great teacher and has a great community. I'm 43 and DJing more than ever, I work in Blockchain and have the opportunity to play at conference parties and side events and in making a name for myself through those sets. I'd love to get some club gigs though. Because I'm playing a lot from Dubai, Paris, Sicily, Denver, and in my home state of Florida. I'd love to play for crowds bigger than 500 which is about my max right now at these events.
I’d like to know what if your playing first at an event all dedicated to the same music! Let’s say hard techno 150-160bpm? Would you tone done your set or just play that genre!
Love your vibe, energy and teaching style!! I have a lot to learn but I've had some great mentors over the past nine months, where I live as well as catching a lot of wisdom and technical knowledge from your informative and insightful videos. I was not expecting to play out so fast but I've fallen into a good scene with a lot of supportive DJ's and Promoters. Despite being a rookie, I have been blessed with opportunities to play serious venues and as you say, moving a crowd is the best feeling in the world! I'm hooked and I can feel a momentum building. Just wanted you to know how much your videos mean to me and all the other amateur DJ's with whom you deeply resonate. Please keep doing what you do.... we are lucky to have you Andrew
