How to prepare Iranian noodle soup:
We soak all the beans for 48 hours and cook them separately. First, finely chop 4 onions, fry them in oil, add peas and beans, then add the wheat bulgur that has been soaked for 24 hours, and make it glaze well. After boiling, add a little fresh garlic. Add hot onion to beans
When it is fully cooked, we add more spinach and beetroot leaves to the chopped vegetables to make it tastier
And we roast a little turmeric and mint and add it to it. After this step, we add the cooked lentils. If the lentils are cooked too soon, the soup will turn black and ugly. At the same time, we add the rest of the hot garlic and onion. We keep a little of the string for decoration. We add a little wheat flour to the ashi with cold water and filter it and add it to the ashi and keep stirring until it doesn't sink. At the end of the ashi, we will have a delicious noodle. 😋

آموزش اش رشته ناقص عزیز اولا فیلم نذارزودزود بگذره بعد نکات مثلا چندبار آب حبوبات عوض کرد یا بلغور گندم ندیدم بریزن توضیح ندادین
