NICE, BUT EDO OWO is very different from this, without starch,we use potarch to make it tick, and use starch to eat the owo.

I notice you did not use one of the important spices used by the Itsekiri tribe to cook Owo. It is called " Egidije" This is used by the Itsekiri's to kill the "fishey" smell of fish. It's called " Ayinya". So to the Itsekiri's that spice is very important but you will remove the seeds from the Agidije spice.
