Love these videos!! I've only been Carp fishing for 18 month after 2 "friends" got me into it. Please please please don't fall for the "you must buy this expensive stuff" to catch carp rubbish! Every time I went near a bait shop I spent 100 quid and had nothing but a tiny bag to show for it. I started ignoring the trend and doing things my own way, keeping things cheap and simple as possible. I search for boillie overolls, nothing wrong with them and 80% are perfect. The other 20% I blitz up and use as flake or powder in solid bags. The 3 of us went to a lake for 4 days, me with my cheap baits and everyone else with literally £100s in bait.... I was the only one who caught carp. If you have endless money and want the best kit that's fine, if you are on a budget like most of us ignore the mainstream and just remember, carp love to eat, so don't care if your bait is £5 a kilo or £50!. Good luck to all and most importantly,.... enjoy your fishing 👍👊
thx for this vid becuse sometimes it realy fells like carp fishing is a expensive type of fishing but yeah hope you get to 100k subscribers any time soon cus you realy worked hard and you deserved it and good luck on the next session 😁🤗🐟🦈🐋🐬🐠🐡
Ultra helpful I'd imagine a lot of new anglers get the idea that they must have 50k of boiling and never think to bulk out the spot mix with particles 👍👍
Nice one lads I use a pigeon seed mix, it’s great, lots of different size particles and smell of aniseed. With tigers, managed to land myself 16 carp last weekend with a new Pb at 23lb.
4 years ago when I was ten I came across one of your videos and started roach and Rudd fishing just for fun. 4 years later I’m 14 and carp sea fly and lure fishing is my favourite hobby I’ve ever had. Thanks guys I love your videos
Thanks guys. My son and I have learned so much from your videos. We are newer to carp fishing and your tutorials are a great help. We loved the perch video. Not far from us. Keep up the great work.
Hi Carl how are you and Alex doing. love the videos always help me through the tuff times I've been suffering with depression and when I watch your videos they put a big smile on my face love you guys keep up the good work 🎣
Im from South Africa I am definitely going to use this as my pre bait this December hopefully I can catch a very very big carp Thank You for the tip hope one day you can come to South Africa one day we have allot of fish species hope to see you one day
Boiled wheat left in water for 2 days works as well! Its got a strong smell and been small it lands accurately on the water. But remember not to over feed.
Another great video. I recently found a local farm shop, who sell these bits by the kilo and it definitely makes a difference to the bank account. I plan on making my own boilies in the future, not sure if this is your thing! Keep them coming 👊🏼
hi man good videos congratz.Just a question if you are on a big lake using this spod mixes it will atract the smaller fish too? because i usualy do 2 fishing sites like 1 of the with the boilies and the other more close with the corn and seeds so i can have a place with the smaller fish and other with the big ones. If annyone can explain to me i would be gratefull
Thanks so much Claudio!! Yes it is likely to attract fish of all sizes. Yes exactly - to avoid small fish, only use boilies and tiger nuts. Hope this helps!
I have tested it many times and I never add salt before cooking of maize seed as well. It will take way longer to get them softer if you add salt in the beginning, just add it for last 10minutes of cooking in the end after seeds get softer.
This is quite the mix. Really for in close fishing otherwise how would you get this out? Here in the US, Tiger Nuts are hard to find and I wonder if our carp would even see them as a food source. You guys are great, thanks for continuing to build your brand.
@fishingtutorials this helps a lot of beginners out and youngsters wanting to learn well done I watch all of your programs to help learn I've just started fishing myself so once again thanks keep up the good work lads ok 👍 👌
I was watching this vid 2 minutes after it came out I thought ok I have the stuff let’s go true it 45 mins later I catch a carp lol thank lads for the tip
Awesome Video Thanks for That!! One Question: I never tested Hemph before and want to ask you If I can leave Boiled Hemph in a Bucked for longer time periods( sth. Like a Month) or do I need to konserve it someway? An Answer would be brilliant Thank you
so lets say that i wanna prep and bulk up on shit ton of particles, how do i store them after theyve been prepared? Like what is the shelf life of prepared particles or should i just prepare the ammount of particles needed for the session i'm planning? All the best lads
It will keep for a few days just fine in a bucket, but we've noticed it will go horrible after a week or so. Only make up how much you intend to use. You can prolong its freshness by submerging your particles in fresh water, and then changing the water every day.
I love it when people say ‘bream and tench’ as if they’re nuisance fish. I’m happy to catch anything willing to eat me bait, as long as it puts a bend in my rod. Maybe I’m just a slag though 😆😆
I prepared maize years ago and stored it in an air tight container. I plan on trying carp fishing again. When I opened the bucket the maize looks fine but it is hard since it sat so long. Can I use it like this or do I need to do something to soften it up again? I'd appreciate your advice! Dan
another way get some cheap 2mil, porridge oats some condensed milk some hemp and couple of boiles crushed very good partical mix and you can put a good amount in and they will take it fast
Why would particles be harmful? In nature they get blown in water and are uncooked. Carp dont have stomachs but alimemtary canals the start digesting the particles as they pass through. Also the carps pharyngeal teeth are designed to grind and crush. Also do carp ingest enough water to swell the particles?
I'm 14 years old and I fish since I'm 4 years old and I fish on very difficult lakes because I want a challenge you know and I look your viedeos and I don't learn more but I became more motivated to fish better and better and I also learned something about your viedeos in your main channel but I get more motivated by looking your viedeos (I fish in Austria and Hungary)
Monster particles always have a great deal on, id rather pay a couple quid extra but save all the time preparing, i earn alot an hour so makes no sense for me to be prepping particles
I've seen whole areas of lakes just die after idiots have baited heavily with tigers! In summer if not eaten it doesn't take long for the nuts to go sour an start to rot on the lake bed they look ok but go soft an they stink like Dog Shit! Get the goo inside them on your hand an the smell is hard to get rid of.
Here we let the nuts slime just trow both nuts and water after cooking in a bucked you can close of and after a day of 3 with fresh nuts they wil slime
I´m still not sure about the "dry particles can cause harm to carp" thing - the digestive system of carp is very robust (remember, they´re eating mussels and clams in whole) and also it works in 2 to 3 hours. Maize takes at least 24 hours to spring. So it shouldn´t really matter if you boil the particles or not. They are just more attractive when they´re boiled :)
Mussels and clams do not take on water and expand when placed underwater, particles can expand and take on water, when this happens inside a fish, it is absorbing the fish's internal fluids to take on said water. This is what can cause fish fish problems. :)
@@fishingtutorials I know all that ;) But, again, the digestive system at least of carp works in between 2 and 3 hours. I don´t think there is a particle that takes a harmful dose of water in this small amount of time. But of course I could be wrong though.
@@Brrocinus Particles are best introduced by throwing in the margins or by using a spomb. :) www.google.com/search?q=spomb&rlz=1C5CHFA_enGB914GB914&sxsrf=APq-WBsgtm_sj5VLxiVCO-4HT4UdQKNt2A:1648108764586&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&sqi=2&ved=2ahUKEwiZlNvLo972AhVoj3IEHXVJBnIQ_AUoAnoECAEQBA&biw=1817&bih=927&dpr=2
Dont drain your partical mix, most of the liquid will be absorbed during cooling. Then add pellets an hour before you want to use it, theyll absorbed the rest of the liquid.
It needs to be soaked or cooked well so it swells before a fish eats it and so becomes safe. Uncooked particle is small to begin with so can then swell inside the fish and can kill it. So overcooking the bait is always safer than undercooking it so the fish eats what it can actually fit inside of it's digestive system.
@@fishingtutorials ok thanks, how long does it need to be soaked if i am not going to cook. I soaked it for 24 hours and cooked it now, it became softer but size didnt really change, would it be ok to only soak it?
As a Canadian, I have no idea what you are talking about. Every tip I've came across so far has been in regard to man made structures. Baiting fish is illegal in any natural body of water here, we can't even use live bait (which is what our fish eat, not pellets). None of these fishing tips besides water temp and flow apply to natural fish.
@@kooswerkeloos8389 we had no dvds ready made rigs and we didn't pretend cameras are filming like we were sponsored like everyone does now with their heads up their backsides now a carp angler catches a 30 or 40lber they think they are god's ,they know nowt.
@@paulAnthony7236 no dvd's only watched on VHS carping on particles from i guess Andy Little was very helpfull always wanted to watch Harefield Hauling from Stuart Gilham field tester from Richworth where he empties the lake on good ol' Richworth Condensed Milk.
