Dear follower, there are no such specified font type and size to use. For your information Garamond, Georgia, and Times New Roman are common font types used world wide, while the common font size is 24. Personally, I use up to 18 and 28. But, when you lower the size it shouldn't be tiny to be read by a person with sight problem. In addition you should abide to the your institution's format (if any). Regards//
