If you have not experienced a migraine before you will not know how painful the attacks are.
these attacks can be very severe and can affect our life very badly.
To prevent migraine
1) keep your routine eating schedule and avoid skipping meals especially breakfast. also keep your routine sleeping schedule and sleep at least 7 hours every night.
2) try to avoid foods that can trigger migraine like red wine, artificial sweeteners, chocolate, preservatives and caffeine especially if you drink too much or if you stop it during fasting.
3) Avoid stress which is the number 1 migraine trigger by doing regular exercises and practicing yoga and relaxation techniques. Finally, some new medications either by taking pills or monthly injections might help prevent recurrent migraine attacks
