thank you dr. for your good advice. i request for another advice. i went to a local health fair where i wanted to check my teeth. no dentist was thete but the dental hygienist available there just examined my teeth and diagnosed as Generalised attrition of my teeth. what does it mean and what should i do and precautions for further attrition. your reply will help all suffering from attrition of teeth. dr. i am a pure veg. no smoking, betel, alcohol, brush thrice immediately after food. as you said i swish my mouth with water. i never had tooth pain or caries. please advice dr. thank you.
