Hi, thank you for watching. Whilst your plants need oxygen to grow, air pockets can prevent water from travelling through the soil properly resulting in your plants being underwatered. Don't fret too much about this though, as long as the soil around the stem is firmed in enough to support the plant you will be fine. Just try to avoid squashing the soil too much.
