It doesn't take that long if you crack open the red bleeder screw that he completely ignored. Most fuel tanks on refers have a Schroeder valve on top of the tank, crack open that bleeder and blow some air in the tank, it'll fire right up!

911 is only for after fuel has gelled. Do not use it regularly it will destroy the high pressure fuel system as it reduces lubrication. Use the grey bottle that says antigel and you should be good. For very low temps double the dosage.
