what has changed I used to be able to just print simple drawings to my printer. now when I go to do it the drawing doesn't show up on my preview, I did thou get a dimension line to show up but no drawing
Sir some color lines will not get printed if we work with layers....what one can do to clear this obstacle to print it in black and white mode but with clarity of line in print.....

Great explanation, only half the drawing will show up in the layout could you explain if I need to set up viewport first struggling to get the drawing to print
If it is model space then try using the "window" option in the plot area adn select the drawing area that you want to plot. Also make sure "center the plot" check box is selected in the Plot window. This should work. For layout or paper space just make sure everything is inside the viewport and then you should be able to get proper plot with the Layout option in the paper space.
Whenever I export drawing to pdf and then print it my dimensions go wrong and not in exact scale (miss by some amount)....but when I print without converting to pdf directly with attached printer the same drawing measures in correct scale.....what is the problem here...?plz help me....

Hi, Mr. Jaiprakash Pandey ... my drawing in Autocad 2020 version I want this drawing to PDF (no plotter, no printer) Everything I did clicking the window and select desire drawing then I click preview,,, but message "the annotation scale is not equal to the plot scale" .... and blank space appear without drawing.
