Another easy way to remove that background if you want just the main part of the photo, is remove.bg and it makes quick/easy work of removing the background.

So to clarify here you need a seperate printer to be able to print onto the printable vinyl but that printer has to be able to interface with design studio. The cricut maker 3 itself is not able to print this picture. The way this comes across is you can do all of this with just the cricut maker 3.

Hello! So feel free to print it on another printer but you'll need your device connected to said printer so you can print it via Design Space. If you don't the Cricut won't know where to cut, because it won't have printed with the registration marks (black box) around your design. Good luck!

We recommend placing it on the paper under the glass, but not on the inside of the glass itself. Plus with a print then cut that is not possible. Hope this helps!

I am using the tracing tool in Cricut design space and it’s a picture with some writing on. I only want the writing part so I got rid of the picture but when I click continue it changes the font when it’s a cut image but not for the print and cut image. Would I be able to use the printable vinyl and get it to cut the word out that way?

So Cricut should not automatically change the font. Do you mean it scrambles the lettering or something like that? Give us a little more detail and we can assist you better :)

Hello. I am wanting to print an image on my printer and then cut it with my machine. What paper do I need to use to do this?? I bought transfer paper for dark fabric and when I put the image on my machine to cut it it ruined the picture. Is there a certain paper type? Is there a certain cut setting or blade? TIA!

You have to print FROM Cricut Design Space in order for the print then cut feature to work :) So you would upload your photo into Design Space like any other PNG, as I did.

How many times have you washed it? :) That can play a factor!! But some fading is normal over time!

They make your image less clear. We have never used anything other than Complex, no need to

Is the printer just a normal inkjet or laser print or is it sublimation ?

Good question! This is a normal InkJet printer :)

Why does my Design Space look different than yours? When I upload my photos it goes right to the remove background screen. It does it automatically. I don't know where you went to erase around the puppy.

NuFun label says transfer paper will work on laser printer too. This is the first paper I've seen that works on both types of printers; I'm a little nervous and can't find a contact number for them. Does anyone know if it fades or cracks after washing on flour sacks or tshirt fabric?

Since this towel is for decoration only, we don't use it or wash it often at all, and it's held up great :)
