I'm using a mono camera and separate R, G, B filters... do i have to do this same procedure for each R, G, B avi file? and how can I combine them into 1 RGB avi ??
You'll have to process them separately as mono images. And either after the Autostakkert part or Registax part, you can combine the RGB channels in Photoshop. If you combine RGB after Autostakkert, you can save it and take it to registax for wavelets. Let me know if you have any questions. I don't have a Mono cam to do a true test but I'll try my best to get you answers.
