The HDPE twisted fishing net is very popular in the market, the main applications are :
1. fishing net, such as trawling net.

The normal process of HDPE twisted net are :
1. extrude the HDPE yarn.
2. twist the yarn into twine.
3. weave the nets by the HDPE twine.
4. heat setting.
5. packing.
The video shows the details of weaving. The twisted net is produced by this kind of weaving machines. The twine, color, mesh size, depth, type of knot, selvage will be confirmed in this step.
The workers will do the actions in this step:
1. check the process card and nets is the same.
2. change the spool when the twine on the spool is used up.
3. check and mark the defects in weaving, and repair it.
4. cut the nets in correct length each piece.
