I use these displays all the time for all sports. Really easy and people love the results. That said, any tips for football jerseys with elastic arm holes. Like a high school/college style that's meant to be worn with pads. Trying to get them to lay nice. Any tips?
If you dont mind me asking how much do all the materials end up costing? Like how much would I have to spend to frame my jersey? Also amazing tutorial btw
Hi Theodore, Thank you for watching. At about $145, the frame will include almost everything that you will need. You will need to add your jersey, have art/masking tape, and a few basic tools(scissors, a measuring tape, and screw driver)
Hi, we don't that problem here in California. In a very humid environment, it is possible if there is too much moisture (the frame is not humidity controlled).
I know this is an old video, but hopefully you see this. Is there a reason why you pin it to the matboard instead of sewing it? I normally sew down jerseys when I frame them, but if the pins hold just as well over time, it seems much easier.
Im having an issue with the auto touching the glass on the inside its a custom build I'm doing but is there anything i can put over the auto or what's best to keep it from touching glass
@@TheOriginalRonaldo Hi, the customizable mat boards are under "Add Options" for our product X-Large Double Matted Jersey Jersey Display Frame: www.sfdisplay.com/XLjerseydisplayframe.aspx
Can you or anyone else give me a link where I can find the foam strips that are used to compensate for the gap after the jersey is added? I have tried to find something at several stores but im afraid i am overthinking it. Thanks in advance!
I would like to purchase this frame kit everything that you have on the video cause I have an autographed Brady jersey and really like how it came out. Can you guide me into ordering the exact same kit. Thanks.
Jesse, thank you for watching. For this video we used item #DC6306 from www.sfdisplay.com: wood color: CHERRY, matte style: HORIZONTAL w/ 8x10 DOUBLE PORTRAIT, background color: WHITE FELT, color of top matting color: NAVY BLUE, and color of bottom matting color: RED.

I need help in ordering...
Hi Aleen,Very sorry for the late follow-up.The product will come with a little over a dozen stainless steel straight pins, but if you require more they can be purchased from any stationary isle.
Hi,The tools used are basic, as the frame is made so minimal work is required for mounting the jersey. I have update with a simple tools/supplies list under the description.
The matting is available for customization with our jersey frame display case. You have the option of choosing the colors, as well as the layout style. Here is the link to the product: www.sfdisplay.com/XLjerseydisplayframe.aspx
You can purchase team logo/patches from ebay, they are usually only about $5 for a patch. From the website more than 20 layouts are available to choose from but if you like a customized layout you can contact the shop directly at 1-650-583-3033. Many customized layouts are not listed as options in order to simplify the ordering process. However, we do regularly create customized layouts for customers. It generally only takes us under 30 minutes for the cad software to generate a new layout with new requests.
Hi,The layout and cutouts can be customized. Here is an image of a frame we did with a couple of team patches/logos: www.sfdisplay.com/images/products/detail/JerseyFrameCombowithPatches2.jpg Most patches or logos will be around the 4 to 5 inches, do keep in mind that if you are mounting your jersey landscape/horizontal long way then the number on the jersey will be lower, so keep the patch small enough as to not block the jersey number. For the layout that was used on the video a patch that is no more than 6" should be fine.
Hi Paxton, Thank you for viewing. We find that most of our customers purchase their photos on eBay. The cost for a 8x10 photo is from $7 to $10 a piece.
@@Richshoaff Me too. I actually just received my frame from the website today. I'm excited about my little arts and crafts man project this weekend... lol
Hi Daniel,Canned air isn't really just air; it is a chemical composition with a mixture of gases. I honestly am not sure if the gases will have any reactive properties with the jersey material. I do not know enough about the products but I do know that it is bad to inhale in the stuff. If lint and dust is what you are looking to clear then you can use a hair dryer/blower which is common around the house.
Hi Maxime,This frame came with the 2 layers of mat boards, which you can choose colors; for this demo we used the following colors; top matting color: NAVY BLUE, and bottom matting color: RED. Please check website for more information, www.sfdisplay.com/XLjerseydisplayframe.aspx
Hi Jill, are you having trouble pinning through the matboard? If so, use something hard surface to help you push. Make sure that you are not directly pinning at a straight angle, the thickness of the form material under the felt is only about 3/8". Pin at an extreme angle, almost close to flat.
The layout and cutouts can be customized. Here is an image of a frame we did with a couple of team patches/logos: www.sfdisplay.com/images/products/detail/JerseyFrameCombowithPatches2.jpg We can do the cutout so you can place a logo/patch. Best to give our office a call and they will make sure its done to your request.
Hi,Please visit our website at www.sfdisplay.com , you can play around with the configurations to best match your requirements. The cut out for a logo with 2 pictures is just and additional $5 more than the standard frame.
