Around 1"- 1.25-1.5" distance depending on the type of fabric. If the fabric is so stretch and thin, then it is better to add 1.5", but if its stretch is not that much, then just add 1.25". Around the waist add a little more, but less near belly. the pleat at neck give 1" enough.
