Wear an anti static strap on your wrist before you touch any printed circuit boards people, it will save you stuffing the boards you touch with 1000's of volts of static electricity. Thanks for showing us everything too.

I looked for the module on ebay, Aliexpress and amazon... I think for FEM (3 series and other stuff) is like $150 for the generic readers (OBP...etc) and another $350 for the specific modules for the FEM board. Is that right?

I have a BMW mini R50 2002....struggling to get a replacement key programmed to open the doors ..its 433hz....tried doing it with the ignition on and off push the lock buttons..but cant seem to get it to work...any ideas?...I read somewhere that the early mini keys needed programming

Acdp, the link to buy the tool is in my description and the app is free. Yes you can program a comfort key. You will need all the parts. Like a CA CAS module and all the sensors. You then need to clone your CAS module to the new comfort access one

Do you know the correct modules for a 2012 mini r60? I think it has a N18 CAS. Not sure which programmer bundle is required for that. Information is so scarce for this stuff.

If I hire someone to do this procedure, would they somehow be able to program a different key with the data that they obtain without me knowing? And then break into my car? Or is this just key specific?

Hey, i hope my question it is not irrelevant here. I didnt use my bmw f10 525D 2010 car throuh winter that resulted in a dead car battery.. i managed to get the battery out from the car and charged it. Since then my key fob wont lock or unlock any doors. When i manually open the alarm set off until i put the key to the sign and turn ignition on. Car starts this was and drives but it is very annoying. There were a fuw blown fuse for the locking circle that i all changed. Changed batteries in the key fob(2 of them) . Also changed the diversity antenna. Still no solved. Any idea anyone ?

I contacted yanhua but they wanted about $995 for the tie kit. I just wanted the ability to try the CAS 3+ for my X5 and it seemed the modules kit was around $100 but I could not find any way to get the bboard kit you purchased

Hey Evan, i have a question: if i lost all of my keys & wanted to make a new key fob for my car, you mention @ 10:33 in your video that I would nèed the ISN # from the previous key is what you mean? Maybe Im a bit confused. What would happen @ this point or is there a way to get around this? Like i said currently @ the moment i have no working key fob. I could possibly order me a blank one from eBay & send it to you along with the car module maybe? Ive seen how much the tool kit to program key fobs is on eBay & YIKES! They can be as much as $999. Anyways looking forward to hearing back from you, thanks. My car is 2012 bmw 328i

Hey everyone so my e63 645ci that I got for really cheap... never seen it run... it Has the famous leaking water onto the dme. The dme. Ivm and vvt computer were all damaged. I was thinking of buying new dme with cas and key. And getting a warrantied ivm. Then try to reprogram the key? Would this work or what would I want to do. Car had a no start issues and I found the box filled with water.
