Can you make video about arc welding, for example MIG welding. I would like to now what is the necessary equipment needed for it. I have KR C2 robot from 2004. What type of sensores do I need? Should I buy sensors for seam finding, as well as for seam tracking or I just buy one - the laser one. If so, can you recommend me which one should I buy and that is supported by the KSS 5.2 or lower. Also can you tell me what kind of additional equipment is needed apart from the sensors, do I need external PLC or ? Thank you in advance .

Sure thing, I'd love to I can make basic introduction in Roboguide :-) but it would be much better to make it on a real robot ;-)

Hi, this video is intersting but i would like to show us how to configurate the parameters of spot welding in reality, which mean to show how to configurate the gun parapeters in teach pendant and how to create a standard programn in TP and how to configurate the orders and events between the robot and the automat (PLC)? We want you to help us to apply all the parameters in the real work not through Robot guide. On the other hand, i request you to explain the TP language and how to read an ASCII backup?** Thank you in advance your are great,

Thanks sir for Nice video on this topic.We used to mark the location of weld spot by marker pen on sheet metal so that robot will jog to that spot easily.But then this is bit approximate method.Is there any alternate method for precise positioning weld spots. One more thing.If we have created OLP of spot welding on process simulate or any other software,will this OLP will match 100 % exact position of weld points in actual practice ? Thanks in Advance.

Yes the OLP will match 100% if you have correct base and tool What I mean is you have tool and UF measured now you need to do the same measurements on the real robot (UT and UF) than your program will match 100% to OLP

Hello I have a question. I have a fanuc robot, and I kept getting spot weld retry fault only on weld #1 and #3 only. So far we replaced E1 motor, E1 motor w/brake cable due to other faults, leaf shunt, ISO contactor and AUX contactor. But we're still getting faults again. Do you know if I'm missing something?

I mean I would check why you are getting that fault looking at the weld parameters and current curve, this should tell you what's wrong
