Thanks T for taking the time to leave a comment. We agree that we need a more in-depth tutorial on how to setup these controllers. We certainly have this on our list and hopefully will be able to produce a new video very soon.
The programming is pretty straight forward. However I have encountered "ghost" run times that can last for hours. Rather than throw yet another Holman controller in the bin, I would like to delete TOTALLY all memory and start from scratch. Can this be done?
I have an old dial ezy it has a second program which made it easier to set one valve to run once a week and the other 4 times a day every day . I bought a new one and it doesn't appear to have a second program , I set the first station to run start time 1 Monday 6am and turn the others off but when I go to set the second station and set the start times and days , station one now has all those times too . It's too confusing or it's not working properly, I'm returning it tomorrow and staying with the old one as it only the lcds that's a bit dodgy . Why change it ? .
Is there a reset function for this unit? On ours, all of the dial settings seem to be "one off" from the actual dial location ("OFF" shows AUTO, AUTO shows clock settings, etc).
Is it possible to program certain stations to come on every day while other stations come on once or twice a week? Established lawn may only need a water once or twice a week while a row of new plants might need a drink every day 🧐
Hello, yes, with this controller, you can individually control each of the 4 stations. please follow your instruction manual carefully. thank you, your Holman Team!
This has to be the hardest controller I’ve ever programmed what the hell is interval and 31 if you’ve already set the days you want should have known cheap piece of garbage
