There are three iCheck TPMS options available IC-005 (5 sensors) IC-008 (8 sensors) and IC-010 (10 sensors) I purchased the IC-005. This system has 5 sensors one for each wheel and one for the spare.
I decided not to monitor the spare tyre on either the car or my single axle caravan so I required one extra sensor which I purchased separately. That means that the car spare tyre sensor and the extra sensor will need to be programmed to each wheel on the single axle caravan. This video will show step by step how to install the four sensors that are already programmed from factory onto the car wheels and how to re- program two of the sensors to suit the caravan wheels.
If you like this episode don’t forget to give it a thumbs up and SUBSCRIBE - it’s free.

I’ve tested the system with the caravan on and it works great. Can now keep an eye on the pressures and temperatures without the need to use a gauge and check each tyre. Can also watch the tyre pressure increase after travelling at highway speed and adjust if necessary. Cheers!

I couldn’t find a video that went into the detail and showed the screen display during the programming stage in particular so I thought I would make one. Thanks for your comment. Cheers!

Great minds think alike Sep. I purchased the same TPMS a few weeks back. We were heading away in the car (no van attached) ,so I only installed the car set. Like you, I'm only installing on car and van tyres, not the spare wheels. I'm yet to do the van, but the car system is working very well. It is surprising how much the tyre pressures and temps change when prolonged driving at highway speeds on warm summer days. A very useful bit of kit. I'll see how I go before ordering the booster unit. Good informative presentation as always. Thanks.

I’ve tried the system towing the van up to 60kph and it works great without the booster. Our van is an 18 foot single axle and the car is a 2018 Isuzu MUX. It’s so good being able to see tyre pressures and temps while travelling it gives you a good idea if the pressures need adjusting after travelling at highway speeds. Thanks for your comment. Cheers!

@@sepsadventures Our van is 19.6 with dual axles. We tow with a 2022 Prado. I have fingers crossed I won't need the booster.

Buyer Beware ICheck refused warranty for screen for 2 months out of warranty despite reporting the problem at 12 months.

In my experience a lot of companies are the same looking for reasons not to honour their warranty. Generally blaming the purchaser/ user for misuse of their product even though this may not have been the case. Similar to insurance companies always looking for reasons not to payout. Although disappointing it’s just the way it is. Thanks for your comment. Cheers!

My battery failed after about 18 months of use. Of course their cheap chinese battery isn't covered under warranty. Instead they said I could keep using it while plugged in or buy another unit for $99. I opened it up to see if I could replace the battery myself and found it had swelled to near 3x its original size. Pretty dangerous to keep using while plugged in. Good chance I'd have burnt my car to the ground.
