Hi, can you help me with this product? I have two A48100 batteries installed, the label on each says "Max. discharge power 3.6 kW". I assumed that with 2 batteries installed, I can draw power of 7.2 kW, but when my load exceeds 3.6 my inverter soon shuts down the power completely and sometimes shows error F56 (DC_VoltLow_Fault). Does this mean the batteries are not installed/configured properly, or is this expected behavior?
P.S.: the inverter is Deye SUN-12K-SG04LP3-EU, battery setting menu is configured as "Batt Capacity 200Ah , Max A Charge 100A, Max A Discharge 200A". But Li-BMS menu shows "Charge Current limit: 0A, Discharge Current limit: 50A".
In communication mode, the maximum continuous discharge current of the two batteries is 100A. According to your system information, there is an abnormality in the communication between the batteries. The DIP switch of the host battery is set to 0010, and the slave battery is set to 0000.
@@DynessBattery Thanks. Just in case someone else needs help and reads this, DIP jumper on the slave battery was indeed in a wrong position. Plus, the connection between batteries was done via (battery inverter) cable. When I replaced it with a common Ethernet patchcord, my Discharge Current limit became 100A in Li-BMS screen.
