I have chandrabhag lotus. I planted on January , on March it bloomed one flower. After that there is no growth of leaves. I regularly give fertilizer ( cow dung ) which is available in my home. Any reason why it is not growing?
Depending on the condition of plant dont over fertilizer your plant it may cause root rot try to use vermicompost or fully decomposed cow dung manure , if you give your plant cow dung directly , plants are going to die because the cow dung will start to decomposed hence causing root rot and if you are using fully decomposed cow dung manure soak it in water for overnight then use the cow dung manure that will remove all the harmful enzyme formed during decomposition its best to use vermicompost cause cow dung manure particles float on the surface of water so if its possible use vermicompost the same way soak it in water overnight and then use it and make sure to remove all the dead leaves from the water that may cause root rot or the can be lack of sunlight lotus plant need 6 hours of direct sunlight and if your plant is healthier just give it some time it will bloom , hope this helps 😊
