15 years ago, our Sensei moved from the more commonly taught Aikikai style, to the Nishio Budo style. The latter is just another world. I thank our Sensei everyday for this change. witam, prawie nigdy nie daję łapki w dół, skoro dałem, wolę byś wiedział na kogo przelać złość... i tak..., większość ludzi ćwiczących od 0 w Aikido bez doświadczenia choćby w sportach walki nie przetrzyma ataku i spanikują, a nawet "techniki" wykonają zbyt lekko... historycznie oni umieli walczyć... ja osobiście ćwiczyłem równolegle Aikido z Muaythai... w parterze bez kimon też mam doświadczenie... od siebie tylko napiszę, że to co tu pokazane działa, jednak musisz już umieć podstawy i nie spanikować jak ktoś mocniej Ci przyłoży lub mocniej chwyci... pozdrawiam i zdrowia życzę... w uderzanych odstępów między twardszymi sparingami coby nie było jak na filmie "concussion 2015"... trochę tego zaczynałem w przeszłości odczuwać ;p...
