Pressing your bow improperly will quickly damage it. This video shows you what to think about when pressing the new style bows on the market. I use my Xpress bow press in this video but also discuss things to consider regardless of what you use.

Hey quick question where can I get new rubber for the wheels or replacement wheels? I got a older press from a shop and the rubber is cracking and probably needs replaced but have no clue where to get the rubber

Hi John. Can I press a bow tech gen 2 in my XPress
@chrisgreen3608
@chrisgreen3608 Год назад
Thanks John, I have the older xpress without the wheels the contact the limbs, mine just has the bar the contacts part way down the limb depending on cam size. Do you think it’s ok to use in modern bows with big cam, on my ntn I’m contacting the limbs quite far away from the axel.

New NockOn X-Press coming soon.......
@Rikcey
@Rikcey Год назад
Doesn't need to be nock-on branded, but the X-press to me always struck me as the safest and most versatile press. You can always get the pressure on the limb tips with no risk of pushing the riser out. I've always been bummed because by the time I was ready to get a press, they discontinued it.

@@Rikcey Look at the Specialty Archery Pro Press. I've heard it was designed by the original designer of the X-Press.

@@flyoverbassin8959 for more than double the original x-press I think I'll go the last chance way eventually. That way I won't need a separate drawboard.

I think dudley should buy the rights to the press and start having them made again...

Have you ever messed around with a Synunm Bow Press?
@jordanpowell228
@jordanpowell228 Год назад
I have. What's your question
@rwittman9932
@rwittman9932 Год назад
I have not. I'm currently using an EZ Green Press and haven't had any issues thus far. Before buying the LCA, I searched everywhere for an X-Press bc of how easy Dudley made them look to operate and just how cool looking they are. Unfortunately, didn't find what I was looking for and settled with the LCA EZ Green.

@rwittman9932 specialty archery would now make the closest thing to an x press. What's nice about that style is completely breaking down a bow for a limb change or something to that effect because those arms move in a downward moment with the limb. Last chance presses are fine as well but it requires additional parts or to know what your doing. The synunm should only be used for maintenance

@@jordanpowell228 Do you feel secure with it for putting in a peep? What bows have you used it on? I also had a bow where the dealer had to tune it by moving a spacer. Would you be comfortable using it for that? Do you use the "UltraFlex Adapters"? Sorry for the loads of questions.
@jordanpowell228
@jordanpowell228 Год назад
@7bongode it's going good for simple things like peeps, peep twist, adding a twist to your cables etc. I suppose you could shim a bow with one but I do not recommend it at all. The adapters are for bows with past parallel limbs like the hoyt defiant series. If your serious about archery I would save to buy an ez press or one of the specialty archery presses that function like dudleys xpress
