If my salary is low from work (business owner) but I already have a pension from government retirement to offset the low does the ministry take that into account? For example only If i make 10k euro a year salary but my pension is 65k euro a year. Thank Jan. Non EU citizens
Hi Jan, I am traveling on a Long term residential permit. While collecting visa I have to pay for insurance for 3 years. Costing me 66k czk. Once I get job in Prague I have to cancel it costing me 20k czk. Shall I buy one year of insurance and compromise on visa tenure to 1 year and renew it next year? Is renewal of visas an easy process and cost effective?
Well, if you are getting something for 3 years, it is most likely a residence permit and not a visa. If you are collecting it from the Embassy, I do not think they will let you provide only 1 year of insurance. That vould work if you had applied in CZE since you have to submit the insurance when submitting your application, not after approval.
