In our demo, we will deploy a simple Java library that provides various IO utilities
First, create a GitHub repository.
Next, implement a Maven project.
Afterward, generate a personal access token.
Then, configure Maven to deploy the package.
If you fellow the steps from this video you will avoid the error: Your request could not be authenticated by the GitHub Packages service

What happens if you try to load the package from another machine where you haven't added the access token to maven?

The token is needed only for uploading, so to use the jar in other machine you need only to define the maven coordinate (you can check my video about nexus for more information)

After uploading How can I deploy via GITHUB since it's maven based project and not a static one so please explain I am really confused.

I followed the steps and I can publish the package but when importing my github package I get status code: 401, reason phrase: Unauthorized (401)

are you trying to load the package directly in the browser? Like for the example: maven.pkg.github.com/afikri-code/tramotool/de/tramotech/tramotool/0.0.1/tramotool-0.0.1.jar ? The packaged artifact can be utilized as a dependency exclusively through Maven within your project
