You know, the Zero Gravity Lean is impossible in reality. In live concerts, when MJ was performing it, he was using special shoes, which allowed the person to maintain their center of gravity and balance. But even with the shoes on, it still required practice in both, footwork and leg strenght. But nevertheless, it's an amazing movement.

There's always the "replay" button. I learned many different rifle spinning maneuvers from a youtube video, and the dude was only demonstrating, no explanation.

I totally agree with Anthony!! His DVD's are well worth the money, I have all three of them ( Thriller Dance Work Out, King of Dance Workout, and Don't Stop! Holy crap dudes,i got it in 30 minutes!!Well it doesn't look as good as this dude,but with a couple more weeks ill be a master of this move. Just keep trying it on the floor and keep watching the video,you'll get the idea.

Les get a few things straight, cos there's a lot of rubbish tossed about in the comments below. 1 - thx to Anthony for demonstrating these moves! 2 - no he is not Michael Jackson, Jacko was one of those unique talents that we only maybe have the opportunity to experience once in a lifetime, and 3 - that's not cos he invented the moves, because many, e.g. Moonwalk, he didn't, but still performed them better than their actual creators; he was simply an awesomely talented force of nature. RIP!
