3M hooks with double sided tape, you’ll have the hook to pull from and tape will come out without destroying paint work. 3 second glue to glue the panel and bobs your uncle. If you don’t know 3 second glue, it will open up loads of opportunities as a handyman!!
Funny u mention that. When I was leaving the job it sprung to mind could of try and use my heavy duty suction cup handles I use for carrying heavy tiles 🧐 a massive part of daily jobs is problem solving and usually on the cheap side 😅
