wow this is a life saver I went from hair past my butt that was all natural to cutting it above my shoulders and having it bleached I thought going short hair would solve my problems it just made them worse but now with these my life will be better and it will make me feel more beautiful thanks love you so much.

I LOVE,LOVE all of your tutorials and especially ALL of your hair styles. My hair has just grown long enough to finally do something with it. I had chemo a year ago and lost all of my long past me waist line blonde hair. I had been looking at short hairstyles to wear with bandanas. Then I found you. You are very beautiful. I love how your tutorials are so personal for the one watching. It's like you made each one just for me. You also make them so easy to do and easy to follow along. I would like to tell you to never think for one minute that your tutorials do not make a difference, because they do. Very much. I was very depressed over losing my hair. But happy that my Dr got all the cancer from my breast and I am now cancer free. But when I was going through all the chemo, then radiation, I felt that I may never be able to "feel pretty" again. So this is my first RU-vid comment ever! Yay!!! So I wanted to comment and say that this was super easy and I love it!!! The first time I tried it it did not look good. So I tried it again this time teasing my hair to give it WAY more texture than I had the first time (I have thin hair with no volume!). To add more volume (the part where you said you were pulling) I teased my sections by doing a "give me money" with my fingers if that makes sense? and it helped A LOT by making it look fuller. I ended up tucking my pony under because my hair is a little longer than yours. I think the clip in the front would look super adorable but I didn't have one so I used a headband instead. I have a feeling this is going to be my go to gym hairstyle from now on!!! Thank you so much!

I'm super interested in this one because I am making a kind of "dread fall' but with braids and I am looking for different ways to use the synthetic braids. I know how to do the usual pony tail way but I think I could kind of use this to make it look more like a mohawk/death hawk because I am not sure yet if I want to commit to getting my braids actually permanently braided in. I am going to bleach the front so my natural hair matches the three colours of the braids and I think that this looks like the most promising way to get a viking look with the braids..when (and if because I'm no hair expert) I do what I have in mind, obviously if it comes out good I'll tag you and the girl who showed me how to make dread falls...but if you don't see it you"ll know I messed up. ..but I really think this will work with what I have in mind. I have been watching you for about 3 months.....* maybe more( I subscribed) and want to do this, but not sure it would work on hair ( down my back...to the back of my bra) I pay a cosmetologist $11 to French braid my hair (that doesn't include the $5 tip) once a week...I can keep the French braid for 7-9 days ....using an underslip over my pillow case, and each night lightly putting water on my hair and using light hairspray. I want to try this sooo bad, but wonder if anyone has done it with longer hair ? THX

ok so it wasnt as pretty - but I managed to get three good braids and then tied a midrise pony tail . It's not bad for a first go. I have too many short layers, but I'm growing them out so by christmas - the faux braid is my go to! No more scraggy school run mum for me!! This is up there as being one of the most useful & value add vids on youtube IMHO (I normally watch Tom Bilyeu). love and light Milabu. xx
