@@michaelcarman7555 someone replied, i got a notification, the only reason im here. But if it makes you feel better then yeah i did comeback to rewatch :]
I know im a little late to the party, but i am a vet RS player that never dabbled with Pking. always watched content on youtube, but never got into it myself because i felt like i didnt know enough. THIS is the type of information i was looking for since i was a child. Thank you for explaining the actual gameplay mechanics behind pking, you have done the community a service. I will reference this video for months to come.
Listen brother getting good at it is all practice. Always push yourself a little harder. When you get into the upper brackets of pking the guys pking take it pretty seriously. Same can be said for anyone that does high level pvm content. It's a horseshoe effect. Taking your play style easy when tribridding is a sure way to end up as some one else's loot. It can be tough but you've really got to pay attention to the fundamental mechanics and adhere to them to get better. Gl dude
dude this is such a huge help for me, i cant recognzie PID in my fights cuz i get scared and lose the overview .. but this video actually explained me how to kill actually PKer, i always win fights cuz of outstanding but this is not so fun
Yh this isn’t skill gmauling from 8 steps back with a broken mechanic including pid efc . rs 07 is a custom game and nhing didn’t exist back then this is why u can do stuff like this . Rs is a joke now
your first guide made me wanna nh so i made a pure and spent like 80-90m on it and now i'm not too shit just a little shit but getting better, in fact today i started taking a dscim with me to wildy
Coming from a skiller who used to be in the HLC this video is absolutely amazing and deserves far more recognition. The depth of details you go into really opened my eyes to the art of PvP and actually understanding these mechanics should help a ton with the steep learning curve. I'm definitely gonna be working on my childhood dream pure account and give PvP a proper shot, tyvm!
Great video. I have an inquiry. When I'm fighting a guy that prays melee and eats at 99hp, how do I convince him to go the duel arena? I feel like a comprehensive and exhaustive video going over human psychology is needed to teach us how to swindle these fools for their cash at the arena.
this was really good, great explanations and breaking them down. the movement delay on #3 is very clever, i didn't know about that but i love how it works.
LMS is great for learning the basics I would definitely start there. Once you get comfortable there I'd say to try deep wild/ PvP in low risk gear as it's a bit different than LMS.
Really helpful video. Could you do a pvp bank setup video? I'm making my first pure and haven't been able to find any good bank setups for 1 def pures specifically
Damn dude this is actually a pretty detailed video. When I was starting nhing most vids were just "double click your maul" and you described ticks, ground clicking, distances, pretty much everything. Keep it up bro. Rsn: cowaboonga
I imagined this as the dude who reveals all those magic tricks. Each thing you taught it was like ahhhhhhh so that’s how it’s done. Everyone’s gonna be one tic specing from 7 tiles away now
When i saw your first one it was the reason i wanted to try to learn to nh more, still no good. but glad to have another guide to look at eventually again!
Yo do you have any tips when not using a staff or crossbow with a spec bar? With them it makes it much easier, I saw when you used hunter cbow you switched to staff before mauling wondering if there is a way if you are in basics.
yeah these will all still work but just not as well. Your spec weapon will show while you wait for spec bar to appear so it'll never be instant. Your best bet is to pot trick the spec to hide it if your speccing off an unfreeze or do something like these gyazo.com/1b6e1a333458eee84723ad2b052f0fc9 gyazo.com/200d7bb8028834189913c990b4aef243
These are things I learned by seshing with others, but I never knew the mechanics of what I was doing, I just knew what to do to get the result I wanted. I really enjoyed this, I definitely will be looking at my seshes a bit more technically from now on. Thank you for sharing :)
Really appreciate the tips man. I'm a returning player but never really got into PvP but I am super keen to learn.. but the f keys do my head in because I've played alot of other games that require qwer etc.
It’s all muscle memory using the f keys will get easy quickly. But you should check out the vid I linked in the description if you’re just getting started :)
