You are making her force her neck muscles. That's not really good for a newborn baby. You should lift her head after rolling her and lay it below if you'd wish.

I have never put a onesie on a baby from the legs up Nor have I ever seen or heard of it before reading some of the comments on this video. Don't tell someone how to take care of their baby!!
