In the video it is shown how you put fishing line onto the spool of any spinning reel. The method is used to avoid that braided fishing line slips on the surface of the spool, and for this a couple of meters of nylon line is firstly put on the spool. The spinning reel in this video is a Penn Spinfisher VI LC -long cast model, with an extra wide spool that is equipped with a friction rubber band to avoid braided super lines to slip.
