Few tips for beginners- the main aim is to keep your eyes wide open, make sure lens don't get touched to lashes, they won't allow it to set properly. Use whichever hand is stronger to hold your eyes open ( i use my dominant hand as it has more grip/strength). Apply some powder over your eyelids to prevent your hand from slipping ( do wash hands before touching lens though). Make sure you practice holding your eye open in mirror first without lens, it should not be able to blink when you are holding it. The lens has little cooling effect so don't worry it would feel nice when it would touch your eye. Place the lens anywhere in your eye, close your eye and do clockwise or anti clock movement it would set on its own ( advanced technology). And no matter how many videos you watch, you would have to take that leap of faith yourself, so be brave take a deep breath,relax, have courage, you can totally do this. Trust me i was hell scared to try it at first but if I can do it so can you!
Just tell me carelessness about lense what will happen, If i not changed sloution for 2 days. If used lense And if i not used lense for a week and kept in same solution
@@piyushjadhav2278 you don't need to change the solution...you just need to check it's level..like in summers, it gets evaporated quicker...if all solution gets evaporated, lens will dry out and it won't be of any more use..you will have to buy a new one..change the solution after you use the lens and need to keep it back in its box.
@@RajendraKumar-pv8nw so how often do I need to change the solution and the packed lenses I have brought have came inside some kind of water so how do I take them out of that water and put them inside the case also except in this video in other videos girl take out the lenses put them in their palm and pour the solution on lenses then apply it so what's the right way?
@@nmeditz9654 okay so if you are not using the lens,you just need to see that they are properly dipped in the solution..so to check the level,like right now in summers, check after 2-3 days and just fill it if you observe the solution level down, without taking them out. In winters you can check once in a week. I am assuming you are not using them and just want to keep them safe to use whenever you want to.
@@nmeditz9654 once you use them, then throw away the old solution and after removing them from your eye, keep them in freshly filled solution. Now the concept of putting a drop of solution on the lens is, if you do so, it will facilitate a little while putting it into your eye.
Tip 1 - Don't focus on eye ball when putting the lenses as if your eye is aware that something is coming towards , it tends to close down. Tip 2 - It's not easy as it seems , I took 45 mins for my first attempt to wear and remove.
It took me 5 mins to put in ryt eye and a sec in left eye...nd i removed them in a second ..tysm mam🤗..today is d 1st tym m using...n my 1st comment on utube...😘

Thanks a lot Swati. This video helped me a lot. I was always struggling with lenses while putting them on and removing. Now I can do it within 3-4 minutes.
You should always clean your lenses before you store them. You can clean them using the same solution which u use for storing the lenses. Makeup can contaminate the lenses so make sure you clean all the dirt and makeup residue from your lenses before you store them.

Fentastic, nice tutorial, just before i have seen one video on this concerns, actually i afraid about lenses after watching that video, but now iam feeling free to some extent, is lenses have any vategorisation like for example goggles will select based eye vision impact far near minus plus .
You need practice. Putting them in once and then never doing it again will never make it easier. In the beginning, it was hard for me aswell but I've been practicing and now, I can put them in seconds.
There is an issue in my case, when I was trying first time, the lens was not getting off my finger (while trying to put it on the eye), instead, it just keep flipping backwards… Any tips.?

It isn't harmful. I've been using power contact lenses for 4 years now and I have had no problems with it. As you also have short sight, just visit the doctor before so that the doctor could make sure that everything's alright.

Thank you! This video was very helpful to me in removing the lens part. It was really difficult at first but after some trial and error of 30 mins, the lens finally came off from my right eye and then removing the other eye's lens was a breeze. :)

Okay guys, I came here yesterday and thought it would be very simple. But Today,as I tried my contact lenses for the first time,trust me,it isn't as easy as it looks.Try not to blink,be careful of your nails,breathe! Get the lens in your eyes,and you are almost done,close your eyes and roll the eye ball.Open eyes,fix lens accordingly. Removal is also pretty tough,again don't blink,focus well and you might see some fog on the mirror,clean it with anything other than your hand!! Go guys you can Do it!!!But make sure lenses are safe for your eyes,don't use if you feel irritation,don't use it!
@@siddhantchandak8801 yeah you can use power lenses to play sports and about face,yes you can wash your face but you should be careful,If your riding bike or something else then you need to wear sunglasses to avoid dust
