The new bill that was just signed states as law that the SBA must pay the difference of the 10,000 grant to all applicants who applied this year regardless whether they received a loan.

Hello Mr SKIP I got the loan on 2020 and they had sent me an email for the advance but didnt know too much of all this when the pandemic started at first I never replied back to the SBA until I started subscribing to your u tube channel that's when I found out it was expired already.Thank you so much for all information n your hard work. The bill indicates that if you have already received the 10k grant you can apply again under the the second part as well. So if they owed you 8k because you only got 2k on the first round then you "shall" be paid that difference AND may be able to receive the second round of 10k as well. As long as your a qualified entity. Note: anyone that got a grant last time was a qualified entity. So a person that got 1k last time AND is in a low income area they " shall" recieve 19k. And I bet they used the low income qualification as a determination factor for people to qualify last time it just wasn't stated that info was being used.

Hi Ryder! Happy New Year! I have a question..I applied for EIDL back in April of 2020. I was denied due to low credit, but I did get my $1000 grant. After spending the last 5 months trying to bring up my credit score, I applied for reconsideration in early December. I was contacted by email to submit additional documents, which I did. I am still waiting to hear back from them. Here is my question. I am a rideshare driver. I store my vehicle at a lot about 5 blocks from my home because I rented out my garage to bring in some extra money during this pandemic. My home address comes up that it does not qualify as low income but 5 blocks away, where I store my vehicle, comes up that it DOES qualify for low income. I'm not sure why 5 blocks would make any difference in a rural community of 18,000 people, but for some reason, it does. Can I use the address of where I store my vehicle as my business address for the purpose of my EIDL grant request? Technically, where I store my vehicle is where my business is located considering that I normally drive for a living. But, this address would be different than what the SBA currently has on file for me because they have my home address. I really need this money if I am ever going to be able to fit my car with some kind of barrier (I am at high risk for COVID, so I haven't driven since early April) and go back to work fulltime. Please help with an answer. Thanks!

I already applied for the grant. but didn't received a grant because it ran out. what Do i have to do?

I emailed directly to the SBA with my loan number. Requesting the additional funds. I’m hoping since I directly asked for the additional grant $ of $9,000 that it may circumvent some of the loopholes.

Aloha! So I did get the 1k advance and a 6k loan. !) Would I qualify for the 10k grant? 2) Would the money that I already received be taken out of the 10k and the balance given? 3) If so, would it still be a loan or would it be a grant? I don't remember when I applied the first time having the option of getting the 6k as a grant. Please forgive my ignorance as this is all so new to me. The question, I filed for a DBA in Jan of 2016 and open a bank acct. the next day. I haven't filed taxes because I didn't make any real money (less than 5k for each year) for the past 4 years. Then Jan thru April of 2020 I average 4k a month with a branding launch, then it stopped with the shutdown and I haven't made no more than $400 a month. My bank statement will show this. I meet all 3 qualifiers and wanted to know can I apply for the EIDL Grant without a tax return?

I've done got several emails. I emailed them first and they are giving info. They asked for my 1099 schedule c for 2019

So I thought if you applied for the $10,000 grant the first time you don't have to apply again

They stated that they are not doing the advances (grant) like they did in the first bill that that money has been allocated already and you can apply but no advance (grant) payments this time

Just did sba loan app.and the 10,000 grant and at end had to agree to 249 dollars 1 electronic fee and in week another 950 or something to be taken out of account for the fee

Thank you for the video You did skip the section about prioritization & notification. So far it reads that the admin is supposed to contact you if you received a grant or if you applied already and didn’t receive anything. Then it’s supposed to prioritize those who didn’t receive the full amount, then those who didn’t receive anything, & then new applicants.

does the sidecar little biz I started during covid have to be a LLC or already declared prior to requesting the eidl loan does this have to be a pre-declared business.I was approved one day then told no the 2nd day saying there was no funding even for a 1 thousand dollar loan

So I applied and got and answer saying I was not denied I was not receiving any cash because they were doing agricultural loans only and I allowed 3 times they told me to write to reconsider. I did they said they same thing no denial but I was basically waiting .I never heard from them again so now what do I do this was from june 2020 to present day and 5 letters from them saying waite???
