Can you get permits for this and charge people to ride? Here in cali it's $27 for 10 min race

For my own knowledge. Why not have a old junket car or a golf cart with asphalt tires or dirt tires on it to run in the track. The way I’m thinking is the ruff truck tires ain’t goin to make the surface super smooth

No bank , it's a circle, not enough water, packing in with skinny truck tire(I don't know what you packed in)= no fun. You ever dirt raced???
