I need to learn this, I have a question, when edging, you seem to be bent at the hips, would it be better if you could stay more straight with your whole body, would that give you more height ?
it depends bro as if you are too straight, it might be hard to release as the release will come from the hips and not on the knee.. for me, i prefer to have a little bent..
