I hate reels. Between twice weekly youtube videos, daily IG content, YT shorts, stories, 2 kids in quarantine, my full time job, I hate that they released reels! Haha i hate the pressure. I don’t have time for more videos!! Blah blah, woe is me, i know I’m not the only person with a lot on their plate. I should just do it… 30 seconds is hard though, i need at least a minute cuz I’m long winded 🙄
Hey Jade, first of all as always: Awesome content! Second: You mention deleting the hastags from older posts. How old should a post be to be "safe" to delete the hashtags? Meaning it has close to 0 chances of getting noticed in the explore page? Third: You also mentioned your membership programme. Im an event planner trying to start a community for an online wedding course. Would your membership match my needs as well or is it strictly for influencers?
Hey, I had a question! You said that it's better to post stuff which is more aligned to your page but I personally like fashion, song covers and funny reels for my page so is it okay if I keep posting all three of them? I'm aiming for a more blogger account so that I can do pretty much a lot of random things on my page.
It completely depends on what your goals are for your page. What i will say is to take my advice into account, but ultimately do what feels right for you!
I didn't get the part where you go to the explore page, and then they show you post and then they always show you those post to get you to follow; I typically don't follow if I'm not interest no matter how many times I see the same person. Sometimes I block the person so I don't see them again.
This was a great video, thanks alot! I will implement all the things you have mentioned, I saw another video saying not to use any hashtags if your a small account as it can be bad for growth. But they don't have as successful an Instagram as you do though so I was just wondering if you knew any different for smaller accounts? We have just got 1.1k followers though have not been taking it too seriously, but have been doing lots of research recently to take it more seriously! Is there any reason to just not use hashtags for a while or shall we just go straight in with the tag strategy you outlined? I will get on with deleting our old tags and try it all out if so! 😄🐕🐾
sorry but I saw a person on my explore page who I follow and engage with all the time. what happened was she made a skin care routine reel that did really well and the next day she was on my explore page

Sorry - this feature is only available to certain accounts. Instagram rolls out features to different locations at different times, which can cause some accounts to miss out on new features for a while!
