Hey Enrique. Congrats on your future venture. What you're asking requires a lengthy conversation. Starting a brick and mortar business is a huge undertaking, even if it is just a dive bar. You need a business plan. You need to look at your personal finances. You need to look at who you might be able to secure a loan from. You need a liquor license. You need to find the perfect location, secure the lease, get equipment, hire employees, and on and on. I'm not at all trying to discourage you. I'm just saying to make sure that you are thorough in your business planning. Best of luck to you.
