these beginner classes are awesome, even advanced traders should keep revisiting these! like Dan Kennedy (famous marketer) once said when he was asked what he was doing at the beginners marketing event, he said: "if I am going to make mistakes, I don't want it to be the most basic obvious ones", meaning understanding and remembering the most basic things is the most important thing, you never want to get taken out in life by ignoring and forgeting about the basics!

As a small business owner for the past 15 years I have realized ideas are only as strong as ability. The thing I like about your videos Ross is that you repeat a lot of the same information. Studies have shown that studying in different settings and repeating the information helps it to stick in your brain better, watching your different videos with some of the same information really drives home the names, patterns, and entry and exit strageys. Thanks for being great at what you're doing and sharing your journey.

Yes that is why I keep watching his videos. I am 40 now lmao and need to hear things several times to actually absorb the information. Plus he isn't boring and actually makes this stuff easy to understand. Most traders will not divulge their strategy.

My biggest problem is my addiction, I wish I had more self control and not let my emotions get the best of me. This like a drug. It’s a high when you see that green + sign and you getting that money. When that trade is done your on a high. It wears off and your looking for your next hit. Just like a drug. Very addictive.

I never made the connection between Hammers and Dragon Fly's (that was awesome). ABCD was so brilliantly illustrated, but it's crazy on the A to B how quick you exit (caught me off guard) no wonder your commissions are so high. 🐻 Great lecture Ross.

I much prefer the OHLC chart which is almost the same as a candlestick but just easier for me to read the pattern across long time periods.

how much weight do you give a long candle stick with two wicks? like you mentioned we do not know what happened in that time whether it dropped and rose or rose and dropped first, but would the candle wick not show the first hint of a bearish sentiment where perhaps the stock is currently over valued?

If we are looking at a hammer after a pullback and other indicators support a potential breakout, would you place a buy order as soon as the next candle reaches a new high or would you wait until that new candle closes?

Thanks you Ross. Can you please explain Good Faith Violations in cash accounts? I don't have a violation that I know of, but I did get a warning when I was fixing to enter a trailing stop that I would get a violation if I liquidated a stock that day. So I held it overnight, even tho it goes against my grain to hold a position overnight. Maybe I'll catch a pre-market pop, I dunno. I hope the funds settle by then so I don't get in trouble. I can't even find anywhere in my account where it says if there have been previous violations or not or how many.

When you said "Right here" at 13:28, how would you know that this wasnt a false hope or something like that? What if it went up once, like right there, but then just dropped, instead of escalated?
