yeah he tries that against the no life pro madden players who run nothing but glitchy plays he’ll lose. If only madden was an actual football simulation game.
That’s like saying imagine playing COD against an actual tier 1 SF operator. The video game simulation version of football is nothing like football, and the best players in any video game simulation will forever be the sweats that pour all of their time into it, not actual sports players/soldiers
Haha yeah he good when they use actual football coverage but most of the mut champs use the loop blitz or other meta defense that are just not normal defense

Base align is a band aid for players that don’t know how to make adjustments. Unless you have crazy pressure, base aligning throws off your alignment with the receivers and outs you at a super disadvantage if you aren’t putting crazy adjustments behind it (especially with someone who can read a defense)
Ooooooo FUCK, MAN!!! As a football nerd, THIS is *THAT* shit that I liiiiike! Do you ever imagine how many people would quit playing Madden if EA ever made defenses play realistically? Added stuff like competent coverage discipline, proper rotations/switches, DBs using leverage, combo coverage, island zones, proper stunt blitzes, allowing Cover 1 Gods to exist, recognizing that most zone coverages are really effective run defenses, etc. But they still can't figure out how to get defenders to simply play a flat zone correctly, OR even just give us an actual Tampa 2. It will forever piss me off.
Another little nice tip is that the 3 plays spread across the formation all use similar bases, so you can disguise whatever formation using those 3 play calls without base aligning
If that's the case then 75% of Madden players should be NFL players because they know this too. Now you do so let's get you suited up and ready to hit the field Sunday champ.

@@NatesHandlebars there is a corner back in deep zone 5 yards away at time of throw, a nickel corner under him in the flats 2 yards away and the left side linebacker 4 yards moving toward the flats before the ball is thrown. When he catches there are three defenders there. There doesn’t have to be 3 people following him the whole time for it to be considered triple coverage
Exactly when the flat was wide open. Everyone knows the flat is wide open on cover 3. He forced that ball in with some skill if I may add, but the flat would've been way safer ngl.
And we playing against guys this educated haha great video I learned a lot! I never have even thought about trying to read what defense my opponent is running. Wow
What i am most impressed about, is how youre able to make those reads in time before a delay of game penalty. If it was me, I'd be penalized for taking too long lol

Played 4 years of football, all on defense and i still couldnt tell you what cover 2 or 3 was until i saw this video. Probably why i rode the bench all 4 years lmao.
And this is why i disguise my coverages a lot. You can't do it every play or they'll realize it and adjust. Just have to do it enough to keep them hesitating so the pressure gets there
If your in bunch or trips, Outside receiver on a streak and slot receiver on a corner route & TE on an out route. The Corner route kills cover 3 EVERYTIME.
Y’all can say “oh it’s madden” and “this guy was so bad” but he is still better than you and smarter and he is insanely smart with this stuff and he reads the defense better than a lot of starters in the leauge
Video series like 10:00 each on best offensive scheme to run against cover 1,2,3 ,4 and 6? What route combinations and how to balance and set those up with run plays?
In madden 23 on all madden it don’t work this way… you will have zone defenders follow the motion receiver and them try to get to their zones after the ball is snapped. Sometimes you can tell when calling motions. But when it does do that and it makes the mistake usually it’s for a huge gain!
I just stumbled on these shorts and don’t watch football much…. But this guy is a real QB? When I play Madden I just select the plays that look the coolest in the drawing lol
X would have been the better choice right.. or am I mistaken..when he users his safety to cover the seam by RB it leaves X wide open on the slant ? Not kittle with over the top and under help! Love the videos!
