Sir od of spherical is -1.75 and cylindrical is -1.75 and axis is 180 & os of spherical is-2.0 and cylindrical is -1.50 and axis is 170 can I know my lense power

RIGHT EYES= HYPERMYOPIA + ASTIGMATISM + PRESBYOPIA LEFT EYES= MYOPIA + ASTIGMATISM + PRESBYOPIA = DUAL VISION LENS SHOULD BE USED IN THIS CASE.

Sir for govt job medical exam they have given -4D Maximum allowed including cylinder. Can you tell a person having spherical -3. 25 and cylindrical -1. 50 will clear there criteria Or not? If -3.25ds/-1.5dc its Spherical Equivalent is -4.00.

My RT says SPH, but my LT says -0.50... what do I write for my RT cylinder? And my RT axis is blank while my LT axis is 065, what do I write for my RT axis if it's blank?

Doctor I went to a ophthalmologist and he wrote Sph - 0.75 for left eye Then to confirm once again I went another ophthalmologist but he wrote for left eye Sph - 0.50 Cyl - 0.25 Axis 70° So doctor is this two same or they are differnt Even we we total it We get same as the first written - 0.75 I m confused with which prescription I have to take for getting my glasses

The prescription with which u see better u can follow. Secondly the prescription may vary +/-0.25 ,as its a subjective test,so no need to worry as such.

Hello Dr. Im 41 years old, recently I have noticed, some times while contineusly watching mobile , specially when I m using it in sleeping contion, I feel blurred vision. I went to a dr. he examine my eyes for presbyopia and I told him all the symbols correct, but he advised me to use +1.5 glasses for doing computer/mobile related tasks. but if I am wearing glasses I am not comfortable, secondly I have seen online, mostly it is written on websites, if a person is below 50 years of age, +1 is recommended. so please suggest me, may I use +1.5 or I may use +1 presbyopia glasses. thanks

On refraction eye prescription check, if improvement is there. It has to be checked and decided by the Optometrist or Eyecare practitioner.

Write normal Rx...with preffered choice of design depends on required working distance.... The CS team will convert it to as per formulation.

First will be right and then left Right IPD/Left IPD

Interpupillary distance is 32.5 + 31.5 = 64 mm, those distances are measured from midsagittal plane to pupils of either eye.
