This video is a tutorial for OcCre's rigging Schematics. I explain how to read the schematics, for the yards making, the main rigging, the yards rigging and the sails rigging.
I have found the same way of schematics and in other companies so it might be useful for everyone who wants to start building wooden model ships. This Video comes in 1080p.

Hello John. I built my first ship (the Albatross) and enjoyed the process very much. One of the critiques I had was that I found that understanding the rigging diagrams was a bit of a challenge. Oh how I wish I has known of this video before tacking the task. Even though I was puzzled at times in completing the task I was able to see the logic in the schematics. Certainly there were a few things I got wrong but I completed the model successfully. Your video confirmed many things to me and also educated me in the areas where I struggled. I have bookmarked this video and plan to use it as a reference as I tackle my next model, The Essex. Thank you for you clear and thorough explanation to decode the schematics. You have performed an excellent service for those of us new to OcCre models.

I have this kit and was really struggling with interpreting the reason for the two numbers, so your video was so helpful. Corel, they seem to have very bad reputation.

Thanks, John. I found some of the rigging diagrams a bit confusing when doing my first model ship. Once you understand them though the whole process is quite straightforward.

Hi Markos! No not all, there are the vertical sails between the masts and also the vertical sails on the bow and the stern.

Many other companies have instructions with the same way. But OcCre's are a bit more easy to understand.
