HI Guys,
Welcome to this tutorial on using the internal Real-Time Clock (RTC) on the ESP32 microcontroller. The RTC is a low-power clock that runs independently of the main processor and can be used to keep track of time even when the main processor is in deep sleep or powered off.
In this video, we will go through the basics of setting up and using the ESP32 internal RTC. We will start by showing you how to set up the RTC module by configuring and setting the time. We will then demonstrate how to read the current time from the RTC and how to set alarms and timers using the RTC functions.Here,there is no need of external RTC.

@@adtechknow2761 how You calculate that númber ? Is there some explanation in library source code ?
@herrkronen9694
@herrkronen9694 6 месяцев назад
Yes indeed, there is a line inside library that says the parameter "OFFSET" should be in SECONDS. I just checked and if you need -4:30GMT is -16200seconds. I haven't proved yet, but thanks a lot @@adtechknow2761

Dear, when esp32 turn OFF and then turn ON after 30mins time will change, if so what to do for this

you will need to update it using an external source like a small RTC clock with redundancy battery or through the internet. So if turns off the time is tracking
