I’ve tried to recalibrate it several times. Including multiple times in a row. When I power it back on. It still flashes red and will not move. What am I doing wrong?

New Infinity Pro LED Off Road Hoverboard wont stop beeping , calibrated at least 20x . My kid is completely bummed.

Same! It won't work at all now. I've calibrated it countless times... It worked fine for a couple of weeks right after Christmas. 😭

Thanks this helped a lot. I still have an issue where one wheel doesn’t work. The hoverboard isn’t connected to it or something. Anyone know a fix, or a video? Thx

Mine worked for my daughter for two days after Xmas and now it won’t self balance. I’ve tried this so many times. Idk what else to do . The directions weren’t helpful in manual either

U have to set it to self balance by pressing the off button twice then pressing it again

It does not, the only bluetooth models we have are the SRX and SRX PRO (new ones from 2019)

I need help. My GOTRAX ION when I get on it the second light doesn't turn on. Then it will turn on after about 3 seconds I try to turn and it won't turn, and the second light turns off. Can you help me with my problem?

First, please calibrate the board as follows: One of the most common solutions for hoverboard issues is calibrating your board. Here are the steps involved in hoverboard calibration: 1. Start with the hoverboard powered off. 2. Adjust the foot pedals until they are level with each other and the ground. 3. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. The LED lights will flash. 4. Press the power button to turn off. 5. Press the power button to turn on. The hoverboard will be calibrated and ready If this procedure fails to clear the issue, contact our Service Team to explore exchange options, or send us your order number to get the process started.
