Why is lafzul jalalah heavy in كذالك الله ? Ayah 47

Because the letter Because الله has Fatha. The rule is Lafthul Jalalah is pronounced heavy when the letter before it has Fatha or Dhammah, and light when the letter before it has Kasrah.
