Sir, mera beta 19 months ka hai.. usko constipation problem horaha hai.. jab hum ne uska T3, T4 and TSH test Karaya to T3=151 T4= 10.5 and TSH= 5.63 aaya hai.. aur doctor ne medicine prescribe kiya hai (thyroxine sodium tablet ip , 25 mcg) . Daily half table morning.Jab hum ne dusre doctor ko report dikhaya to unhone kaha ke abhi iss medicine ki zarurt nahi hai.. 6month ke bad test karke dekhenge... Sir I'm in confusion ke bachhe ko dawai shuru karen ya nahi.. constipation problem 25 days se ho rahi hai.. plz sir meri madad karen

Thanks for the update.I do experience hypothyroidism for some time now.i was first place on medication wen I discovered it was low ,then for 1 month then I respect the test I was advice to stop.but after 1 year again I started experience the symptoms then went back for test it was low so I was advice to take the tablet again,but not daily alternate days then gradual reduce to once until I stop.few months again I have a feeling the symptoms want to start again.what do I do pls.

Hi Sir, My daughter is 15 years old and facing same issue.. She has swelling in her neck same as you shown in your video. Her FNAC report is as noted below.........Kindly suggest, What to do? FNA done from anterion neck swelling yielded blood mixed aspirate. Glemsa stained smears examined are highly cellular an show follicular epithelial cells in sheets and clusters. Occassionally papilae formation is also noted. Individual cells shows oncocytic change along with occasional nuclear overlapping and mild nuclear atypia. Occasionally nuclear nuclear grooving and culcear inclusions are also noted. No anatomical borders noted. Impression: Features are suspicious of papillary thyroid carcinoma with oncocytic change Bethesda category V. Advice: Clinicoradiological correlation.
