This is 1st time I stumbled upon this video... Believe me you passion & experience is reflecting in your confidence and content quality. God bless you... I definitely picked up few good tips from you 🎉
I'm thinking that why do i not find this channel before. Why don't you make a complete song recording, mixing and mastering, music everything in one video So that we can learn more
Thanks so much dear. But please help speak about the BM800 studio microphone. Its annoying and I have no money to upgrade so help me how to fix its vocals
Hai Mam, 1. Thanks a lot like the sequence of tips you offer us. 2. Is it true that not only the vocal recording gain is to be -6dB but also the base, kicks, snare & hi hats too ? 3. As you said mixing and mastering is not necessary if the recording & editing is good then how to judge the clarity of instruments and vocal over all ?
Welcome :) Yes, whatever you record, keep in mind about the -6db. If your composition is good - meaning if it has a nice hook, catchy melody, instrument choice which fills the frequency spectrum, etc, then it's obviously gonna turn out good
I usually record my voice using the Aston Stealth, but I also like how the Beta 58 sounds. But I think almost any microphone can produce a solid recording once you figure out how to make the best use of it.
We need a Dog?!😲 I have this mic currently, "MAONO AU-A04 Condenser USB Microphone". I have yet to record anything. I keep thinking that I have to learn the stuff properly to get good quality and then I keep procrastinating. 😞
Valuable points Flo... thank you so much as it will definitely help me to record my vocals in a professional way. I use Lewitt 240 as a beginner. What mic do you use?
I use dynamic mics for vocals they work great and reject noises you don’t want . Shure 57 , 58 , 58 beta , or 7b are great choices . The only thing I use a condenser Mic for is acoustic guitar
